1.Are feelings emotions and facial expressions universal across borders, happy, sad, etc..?
Yes, I think so. Althougth that we are nationality differences but we have same emotional;
Sad, Happy,Funny etc.
2. Try to name as many feelings as possible in Japanese. ( 10 minimum) Now write the English translation.
怒る angry
面白い funny
悲しい sad
うらやましい enviously
嬉しい happy
3. Are there any feelings in Japanese that cannot be translated into English?

I think this word is difficult to translated it.

I often difficult to translation and explanation for foreigner.

I think "OTUKARESAMA" is difficult to translated it.
I think otsukaresame is like 'you completed and job and did it well'
